147-year-old lighthouse in Iosco County to reopen following renovations

After more than a year of restoration efforts, the Tawas Lighthouse is almost ready to shine again. Tucked away between Tawas Bay and Lake Huron up in Iosco County, the 67-foot-tall lighthouse is nearly set to reopen for the spring and summer season.
